What is an Auction Pack?
If you're selling a property at auction you'll need an Auction Pack, which is a collection of important documents and information about your property that a potential buyer needs when deciding if they wish to place a bid. It will typically include:
🞄 Local Authority Search
🞄 Property Information Questionnaire
🞄 Water and Drainage Search(es)
🞄 Reservation Form or Contract
🞄 Title Plan(s) and Register(s) or Epitome of Title
🞄 Auction Terms and Conditions
🞄 Fixture and Fittings Form(s)
How much does an Auction Pack cost?
As the seller, you don't pay to sell your property through auction, as there is no selling fee or commission. You will only pay for the cost of an Auction Pack upon completion, which can be arranged with Medway Law and is chargeable at £445 inc. VAT.
Alternatively, you can provide your own Auction Pack from an alternative provider — we'll just need electronic copies of each form before we can proceed with your sale.
