Our colleagues will listen to your complaint and use every endeavour to put it right straight away. Should the matter require more investigation, it will be escalated in line with our Complaint Handling Procedure.

Our Customer Service team is open Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can be contacted by emailing or by calling 0191 6053 209.

Our Auction Teams are open Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 9am to 2pm and can be contacted on 0345 646 0302


You can submit your complaint by completing the form below. A member of our Customer Services team will contact you the same day where possible, however requests received after 15:00 will be contacted the following working day.
