This is completed in partnership with CREDAS, a market-leading and trusted online ID verification platform.
Whats happening
We’re completing checks to confirm identity and legal ownership.
We carry out a Know Your Client (KYC) process to:
• Verify your identity
• Confirm your legal right to sell
This is completed using the CREDAS platform and you’ll receive a CREDAS identification check link from our Compliance Team.
How you can help
Completing these checks quickly allows us to move forward to marketing.
• Complete your CREDAS check promptly – ideally on your smart phone/mobile (note - your name will always show on the initial invite as your first name and the initial of your surname)
• Provide any additional documents requested
• Ensure all sellers respond quickly

Where a property is being sold under a Power of Attorney, we must verify the relevant parties and confirm the legal authority to proceed with the sale.
No. For security and compliance reasons, identification documents cannot normally be accepted by email.
Yes. Your Estate Agent may be able to certify your documents and send them to us.
In some cases we may be able to rely on checks already completed by your Estate Agent. However, we may still need additional information to meet our own compliance requirements.
