Whats happening

You’ll complete three key steps to secure the property.

You will:

• Sign a Reservation Agreement (a legally binding agreement confirming your commitment to purchase)
• Complete ID checks via CREDAS - ideally on your smart phone/mobile (note - your name will always show on the initial invite as your first name and the initial of your surname)

• Pay the Non-refundable Reservation Fee via secure payment link

You will also:

• Provide proof of funds
• Confirm your solicitor details

Once complete, the purchase will be picked up by our Completions Team.
