Creating an account & registering to bid FAQs
You’ll need to create an account, register for the property and complete any required checks before bidding.
We need to confirm that you have access to the funds required to complete the purchase. This is part of our legal and compliance obligations.
You should:
- Review the Auction Pack
- Speak to a solicitor
- Arrange your finances
- Complete registration requirements
You should ensure you’re confident you can proceed if successful before placing a bid.
