• Complete ID checks via CREDAS - ideally on your smart phone/mobile (note - your name will always show on the initial invite as your first name and the initial of your surname)
• Pay the Non-refundable Reservation Fee via secure payment link

You will also:

• Provide proof of funds
• Confirm your solicitor details

Once complete, the purchase will be picked up by our Completions Team.

Examples include recent bank statements, savings account statements, evidence of a property sale, or a mortgage agreement in principle. Your Auction Specialist can advise if you’re unsure whether your documents are suitable.

The Notification of Sale confirms the agreed transaction details and introduces the parties involved in the transaction.

Check the information carefully, notify us of any errors and ensure your solicitor has started the onboarding process.

Your Completion Specialist will keep you updated throughout the transaction. You’ll receive updates at least once a week, as well as at key milestones or whenever we need anything from you. If you have any questions in between, you can contact your Completion Specialist at any time.
