You’ll be asked to sign a Reservation Agreement, pay the Reservation Fee and provide any outstanding information within the required timescales.
The seller may choose to negotiate with interested bidders or continue marketing the property.
You’ll receive notifications if another buyer places a higher bid while the auction is live. You can then decide whether you’d like to place another bid before the auction closes. Be sure to keep an eye on the auction and make sure your contact details are up to date so you don’t miss any updates.
Before placing a bid, make sure you’re happy to proceed, as bids can’t usually be withdrawn. If you have any concerns about a bid you’ve placed, contact your Auction Specialist as soon as possible. They’ll explain what options, if any, are available based on the stage of the auction.
