Whats happening
Your legal pack is being prepared in the background ready for buyers to review.
Your Auction Pack is prepared by Medway Law or your chosen solicitor.
It includes:
• Title documents (or Epitome of Title - a summary of ownership history where original deeds are not available)
• Property Information Forms (TA6 / TA7 / TA10)
• Searches and legal checks
Additional documents may be required, such as:
• Probate or Power of Attorney
• Leasehold Management Pack

The fee is normally invoiced through your solicitor and paid upon completion of the sale.
