Auction Pack Preparation FAQs
The Auction Pack (also known as the Buyer Information Pack) contains legal documents and property information that buyers should review before bidding.
Let us know as soon as possible so we can update the records and ensure the correct documents are issued to your new solicitor.
The fee is normally invoiced through your solicitor and paid upon completion of the sale.
The Auction Pack is prepared by the solicitor handling the pack on your behalf.
You may be asked for property information forms, title documents, leasehold information (if applicable), and other supporting documents requested by your solicitor.
The pack helps buyers make informed decisions and supports a faster transaction once a sale is agreed.
Your Auction Specialist will keep you updated on the marketing timeline for your property. Preparing the Auction Pack early helps ensure buyers have access to key information before bidding, giving them greater confidence and supporting a smoother sale once a buyer is found.
